Introduction
On the basis of the traditional alkali lysis method to extract plasmids,combined with column purification nucleic acid technology, it is suitable for extracting plasmid DNA up to 70 μg from 5 to 15 ml bacterial cultures. The design of two different washing fluid wash purification columns, more thoroughly remove the various impurities contained in the bacteria, suitable for a variety of requirements of molecular biology experiments.
