In the free state, the side chain, CelGreen emits weak fluorescence, but once combined with double-stranded DNA,fluorescence is greatly enhanced, so celGreen's fluorescent signal strength is related to the number of double-stranded DNA, the number of double-stranded DNA present in the PCR system can be detected according to the fluorescent signal.
